ok i had a bad experience once or twice there however its overlooked as they do have 90 percent of what i needed..if something is on sale check your reciept because sometimes you will pay a different price..but we go there for all kinds of things even holiday decor..im a bee keeper and they carry some bee hive supplies

I drove all the way out to this tractor supply for a woodstove kit that online said there was 4 instock in store. When i got there the guy at the customer service desk said they were in the back and they wouldnt go back there to get them out. I feel like this was totally unacceptable. And a waste of a 40 mile trip. Its not like the store was busy i would have waited for them to get it but they didnt want to do there job and go find it in the back for me.

Usually your employees are great your register girl lexi is a snot and has quite the attitude asked her something said I don't know not my department charged us for wrong bolts and when we came back within 40 min charged 19.00 lb instead of 4.00 she gave us a real attitude like it was her money 12.00 mistake no sorry nothing makes us not want to shop there and I work with the public . You'll lose customers with employees like her thank-
