The older gentleman named Daniel Murdock was AMAZINGLY to take time out of his way to help me, he did AMAZING. Daniel went over everything with me and was not rude whatsoever, he made me feel like family when joining economy storage..

Very easy process. Done all online. No problems at all. Check out in office was simple. Office person very friendly.

Easy to setup, customer service lady was kind and knowledgeable. They were putting some new roofing on some of the storage containers, which is nice. Easy enter/exit and good availability hours. So far cant complain.

All our arrangements were handled quickly and professionally. Our unit was clean and ready for us to move in. (We did not know there were two entrances - and so the need for two locks, but that was quickly remedied.)
