Very nice courteous response WRT to a certified letter that has not been served. Apparently the recipient will not sign for the legal documents enclosed.

I think that under the circumstances the Honey Brook post office employees do a wonderful job. For all you haters out there walk a mile in their shoes. They don't have an easy job and as far as the wait at the window, well if they rushed you would complain about that. Find something or someone else to bellyache about.
