“My car broke down in the middle of the road around 2pm one day near Breezewood PA. I had called for a tow truck and took my car to Miller's. Once the tow truck unloaded my vehicle they immediately started looking at the vehicle, as I was not from around that area and trying to make it back home to Michigan. They were very knowledgeable on where to start and went straight to work. They needed to go to the parts store twice, but were very timely in trying to get the vehicle fixed. Unfortunately they vehicle was way more complex then the tools Miller's had to diagnose the issue, but When the shop could have closed, they stayed with me until the tow truck came back to pick up my car. I am very grateful for them being very accommodating and personable during my situation. Highly recommend this shop!”

“Sorry about Mr latkers poor reveiw !! I currently work for forresters . Mr latker dropped his car off @ Forresters w/o scheduling an appointment. We advised him that our schedule was full for 3-4weeks before his car could start repairs. Mr Latker said take ur time no hurry !!! During repairs the shop owner had health issues which lead to a 3 week hospital stay . Mr latker inquire about his auto while owner was hospitalized. He proceeded to call directly to mr forresters.hospital room. Also it was a merceedes and parts took 3 wks to receive . HOW DISRESPECTFUL!!!! the 2nd car we repaired had a bad battery an was left runnin on occasion to charge battery . Cd's was not stolen . Mr latker upon pickin up cars proceeded to insult Mr forrester repair ability an use profanitys repeatidly !!”
