The absolute worst insurance company ever! Will treat you like a criminal when you try to file a claim. Zero communication and very rude adjusters with supervisors who cover for them. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

Won't even investigate my claim. My car got hit while parked and I only have liability. I do not expect my company to pay it, but I have a witness and pictures of the truck and their plates. They refuse to investigate and at least help me contact the other driver.

I received a check in the mail and Capitol Insurance Co was listed as the return address. I'm afraid they are either a scam or their name is being used as a scam because I do not have an account with them nor do I have any reason to be expecting a $2,000 check from them or company whose name is on the check. I googled that company too and couldn't find it at all so if anyone else is having a similar experience, just be very suspicious! I haven't figured out what is going on yet.

One of their clients scratched my car and they were supposed to take care of all the expenses I incurred to fix it. They promised to lay but after I paid from my own pocket they reneged on the payment. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

Good luck getting a hold of them when you need them. Customer service was very unprofessional and rude. They constantly gave me the run-around when trying to get my claim processed. This is a company I definitely would avoid doing business with. The service was awful.

This place is the worst. DO NOT get your insurance from them. They have the WORST customer service and don't give a crap that they can't get anything done in a timely manner. They should be put out of business. If I could give them negative stars I would.
