“Obsessed!!! First of all the nicest people! They set up my kids with snacks and gave me a drink. I wanted to hang out all day. The bad thing is trying not to spend all my money is impossible. They have the best Philly products sports and other stuff. Just loved it. Pictures are a few of the items we got!”

“I love this store. Nowhere else can you find unique baby and children’s clothes these days. Sizes infant and up to about 6 or 7 in boys. As a grand mother it is fun to find that special dress , outfit, jacket or sweater.”

“I got a medium button down shirt that I had tried on in store when I was wearing sweatpants. When I got home and put jeans on I realized it was ill fitting and I needed a large. When I returned to the store later the size I needed was gone. Or so I thought. Not 1 but 2 associates went looking for the shirt in my size ( actually looking) and one found it misplaced in the women's section because it had an identical floral print as a skirt. They were so helpful both times and made the mess of a parking lot worth the visit.”

“although the mall itself is suffering like most there still is Macy's and some restaurants and it's located right next to a vibrant scene best places to eat and drink another stores across the road. This JC Penny is clean, has a good selection, very good prices, large selection of clothing for both men and women as well as the home. Worth shopping here and revisiting store and mall shopping! Relevant collection for all ages and a huge collection of youthful summer dresses! Think people should consider it again.”

“I never had a bad experience except....today well right now actually its Sunday night & its the last day for me to do my in store pick up so I check the hours that supposedly were updated just 5 days ago. Anyways I get here @6:23pm & BOOM! They are closed & yet their hours clearly state they are open from 9am til 7pm on Sunday. Yea i thought thats a little late for Sunday surely I was expecting 5pm maybe 6 but hey it was just updated, I'll go before closing so ill be in & out Ha! Jokes on me hopefully they still have my pick up tomorrow!”

We thought we might need to be happy with one or two options given how last minute it was. We were astonished at the variety of options and colors. My son left not only with a suit, but really happy with the fit and over all look. We will be back. It was nothing but a phenomenal, happy customer experience!”
