Walked up to the Pharmacy as it was turning 1:30 with my physically sick Fiancé, and they locked the doors and made her sit for half an hour with the flu. No words for this compassion-less staff who could have given her her meds and rang her out within seconds. Instead leave someone with a contagious virus sit and wait in the building.

Only awarding 2 stars because the pharmacy staff is always lovely and usually accommodating. However, the staff on the floor are a different story entirely. Today I went in to get covid tests. Normally, they are on the shelves so I spent almost 15 minutes looking for them. After seeing nothing, I tried to find a staff member to help me but no one, and I mean NO ONE was on the floor. The poor cashier had a longer line so I didn’t want to bother her and decided to press one of the help buttons on the displays instead. Nobody came. I finally waited in line only to find out the tests were being held behind the register now. While that’s fine, the whole 20 something minute ordeal could’ve been avoided by some adequate staff!!! To top it all off, I heard multiple staff members talking through the open backroom door which indicated to me that they were there, just not on the floor. Disappointing.

CVS can be a hit or miss for me and this time it was a hit!! The team member who helped me was Gianna. I am going to say, the sweetest CVS employee I’ve ever had an experience with. I came in for passport photos and was helped right away. She talked me through everything and was patient as we took the photos then picked the best one. She was friendly, conversational and personable. The photos came out great and it was a painless process thanks to her.

I see that there are some reviews of people having horrible experiences here.. I’ve been coming here for years, and I never had a frustrating experience. Especially with the pharmacy. On multiple occasions Shinji has always been gracious and kind to me. I feel like some people have lost sight of patience. Especially for those that deal with the public and medicine. In my opinion, CVS is lucky to have an employee like him. Today, he assisted me with updating my insurance information. He was kind, helpful, informative and proficient. I was able to order my prescription, and I was on my way in no time. Thank you! ?

Not sure if this store or CVS in general....Made an appointment 2 weeks ago for Covid booster and flu shot. This was the closest one that had a somewhat convenient time slot, even though I had to leave work an hour early and it's a 20+ minute drive to get here.Check in - no one says anything. Sit down and wait. Pharmacist comes in with one vaccine and said this is for both. "Oh, we don't have any Covid boosters" What?!?! No email and no text message from CVS said this was the case. Even the text message one hour prior with the link to check in (which doesn't work). Pharmacist made it seem like they never had it and that it was an issue with the web site and said "it should have never allowed you to schedule it...but it's run by another company so there's nothing we can do.". What a HUGE waste of my time. This seems like the whole Seinfeld rental car skit - I don't think CVS understands exactly what an appoint is. Never again.

The Asian Male pharmacist refused to use my Goodrx discount. That would have brought the price from 38 to $17. He acted like it was a complete inconvenience to put it the computer.

Cvs Horsham has been my choice for a very long time going back to when they were next to Giant. I've never had a bad experience everyone is Profesional and accommodating. From immunizations to prescription pick ups they've been great. Shinji is on the ball and always warns me of any drug interactions I should be aware of. I really appreciate the Pharmacy Staff!

I have been trying to get Medicare covered equipment since last Monday and all I get from CVS is the run around. I would go elsewhere but Aetna insists I use CVS. Worst customer service!

I stopped going to this pharmacy after one too many encounters with the Asian male pharmacy tech. He has a lousy attitude and makes snide comments when you ask him a question. I switched to Horsham Square pharmacy and they are great. Unfortunately I need a diabetes drug that has become popular with celebrities for weight loss. The only pharmacy that has it in stock is Horsham CVS, unfortunately. I went to pick up my prescription and was told that I owed $1200. I explained to the Asian male tech referenced above, I have new insurance which he entered when I dropped off the prescription in person, I got the pre approval taken care of and I should only be charged $40. In his snarky tone he said "you call the insurance company, I don't have time for this."I really hope my new pharmacy can get this drug soon so I never have to deal with CVS again.

Every person who "helped" me at this CVS gave me different answers. I waited 3 weeks for a prescription to be processed through insurance. They repeatedly blamed my doctor's office for the delay. I filled the same prescription at Horsham Square Pharmacy and it was ready and processed in less than 24 hours. CVS does not care about customers, it just wants money. They also repeatedly filled old prescriptions on my file and insisted I pick them up because I get free prescriptions through my insurance. When I said I didn't need that RX, they tried to make me feel guilty about them having to put the medicine back on the shelf. Horrible. Save yourself time and stress and go to literally any other pharmacy in the area.

Needed an antibiotic for my neice they didnt have in stock which is common however they have another strength, its their job to call the doctors to get a new script but instead they are made my sister/brother in law go back and forth between the doctor and when the script was sent in they said it will be an 1-2 hours for it to be ready. Im a pharmacist and i prioritize antibiotics for my patients especially pediatrics. It does not take 1 hr to fill a suspension. Horrible customer service.
