I walked in, and I was about to get a fresh cut for my senior photos coming up soon. I sit down, show the barber lady (who was very nice) and told me that she could do that. She in fact, could NOT do that. The cut was nothing even like the photo, and I look hella chopped now! Thank you great clips team! Learn how to cut hair next time 😁

Do not go here, they do not listen to what you want and give you any haircut they want. I went in hoping to trim my hair but came out without any hair. Then when I tried to reach out and get help they sent me an email blaming the location and said they would email me a refund but never did. They lie about so much it's hard to trust what they really say, be careful getting you're next cut.

Very rude staff who don't understand the first thing about customer service, professionalism or common courtesy. Horrible staff but I will admit their hair cuts are worth what you pay... CHEAP.

At least for women, if you want a consistent hair cut, stick with the same stylist - that you had a good experience with. They don't always work the same hours so confirm they are working before heading over. My only wish they had who was working that day online. Only reason for 4 stars is I have driven there twice after being told my stylist starting time and was misinformed.

I love Great Clips in Horsham Gate Shopping Center. Lily cuts my “Bob” beautifully every time. All the stylists are friendly, polite and accommodating.
