It has everything you could need to do home decorating. We went there to get fabric and a pattern. They have many patterns to chose from and a lot of different types of fabric.

It’s a wonderful store, but the lines are just too long. No one has any sense of urgency to get you out of store. Employees walking around when only two lines opened and 20 people in each line deep waiting. Do better.

This is a great store for all things craft. They have a greater selection of artificial flowers and greens than Michaels if that's your thing. Overall, Hobby Lobby is just better. One note though...the store is closed on Sundays, not sure if that's true during the Holiday season.

Clean store with helpful assistants. Religious music is a plus. Always able to find just what I am looking for with no issues. Love this store!

I love it! It's clean and organized. They have all kinds of art supplies. The employees are so friendly and helpful. I will be returning and recommending.

Friendly atmosphere and good food. Waitress was excellent and friendly. All around a good place to go for a fun meal with friends and/or family.

The level of preparation by the staff is absolutely minimal in this store. I went in looking for a pretty simple item, and because this store is gigantic, I asked the first couple of employees I saw. One gave me a sideways crooked stare as if he didn't understand the actual words I was saying and then just said "we don't carry that". A second employee a few moments later rolled her eyes at me as though I were some kind of an idiot for even asking, and she just as quickly dismissed me suggesting that they don't sell those things "anymore".I tried a third employee, he gave me a bewildered look and at least was honest and saying simply "uuuuuh, I have no idea. Sorry." And went back about his business. Finally, came across an older associate who similarly looked displeased when I said "excuse me Miss" as though helping a customer was a very unusual occurrence for her. She cut me off in the middle of asking my question and said "I seriously doubt we have anything like that, but if we did it would be over there somewhere" and she pointed in a very general direction towards 14 different aisles.I ended up just searching row by row and eventually found a rather large amount and a variety of the thing I was looking for.In terms of the amount of items they have, this store is actually very good. But from a customer service perspective, I was extremely unimpressed and honestly, I think I will just stick to Michaels in the future.

I went to shop at hobby lobby that day and there was a big pile of clear liquid on the floor. I fell, two women asked me if I was ok, I told them yes but I really hurt my wrist... I got up, I walked around to find an associate but there was no one on the floor, they were all up front which there should be people on the floor. I told the manager Janay and she said she would take care of it. She didn't ask if I was ok not ask if I wanted to fill out a incident report. She passed by me again, I said did u take care of that matter, she got an attitude with me, rolled her eyes and was very ignorant to me, at that point I said some things like you didn't even ask f I was ok! She is a horrible manager and should not be working in a store like this due to her customer service skills, she should have taken better action! A couple days later my arm started to hurt but thankfully I'm ok and didn't break anything. I also reported this to corporate!The managers name is Janay

Hobby Lobby is a great store, although I find the Deptford NJ location has more of a selection and better displays to get ideas from vs the Willow Grove location. Definitely recommend if looking for decorations for holidays or unique gifts.

The young ladies working the store were diligent, helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable, and easy on the eyes. Plus, they didn't kick me out the door, even though I waltzed in ten minutes before closing, asked a lot of questions about a Cricut machine, and ultimately didn't buy one.The store was clean, well-stocked, and spacious. I also remarked to the manager how polite and competent the help was.

Always love Hobby Lobby. The people who work their always nice and very helpful.The prices have gone up like everywhere else. They still run sales and specials every week, therefore you are still able to find good prices.The store is always clean, and items are easy to find.

I stopped at Hobby Lobby to buy a picture frame. I think this store is either too big, or the signage inside is poor. I wandered around for a while until I finally found someone that could point me in the right direction. I found the frames, and got the last one on the shelf in the size & style I wanted. When I got it home I found that the glass in the corner of the frame was cracked. I understand, that happens. I went back to Hobby Lobby to return the frame. Since there were no more frames in that size & style, I had to ask for a refund. The customer service representative was certainly not welcoming, or friendly. This was a bad experience, and I'm not likely to go back to Hobby Lobby.

Love their seasonal decor. I never leave empty handed. They run frequent sales we're you can score great deals. Just need more people on the registers. Takes forever to get through the line.

Nice faux flowers n stems n when 40 or 50 prevent off can't beat the prices. This store was stocked well and staff friendly and helpful. Worth the stop for party needs to crafts n paint. Plenty of home decor items like vases n signs n mirrors etc. Fun stop for sure.

I had checked the receipt at the store because it didn't seem right. The cashier said it was fine. As there are no words on the receipt explaining what the item was, I took her word for it. I shouldn't have because when I got home, I rechecked all the prices and overpaid by $20.00! Everything I purchased was 50% off, but it only took 50% on 2 items. I am over an hour away, so I didn't go back. This is actually the second time this has happened to me. I feel your system is not efficient and your employees do the best they can. However, when it is a continuous problem it should be addressed. So many other stores have the items in the computer system that are on sale so cashiers don't have to check each one to see the discount. I am so probably not going beck to your store. And the other 2 women I went with had similar experiences. They won't return either. Fix your system! Your ripping people off.
