Elizabeth K. deserves 10/10 stars. She was very patient with me as i was working on switching from a different company to StateFarm.
Their rates are lower and she answered all my questions by phone and email as i had many questions being my first time switching providers. She is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and great at explaining things. A+!

I have been a customer of Lisa's State Farm office for 20+ years with one brief break. I can say with certainty that she and her staff are the most friendly and responsive insurance team I have ever dealt with. I've had 2-3 major claims over that time frame, which have all been handled with professionalism and responsiveness. I left her briefly for another company and returned very quickly, realizing that premiums aren't the most important factor in evaluating an insurance relationship. State Farm's rates have since come down dramatically, making them an even better value. I have my home, car(s), and umbrella liability through them, and would never switch for any reason. Highly recommended.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I spoke with Lisa Kozak, the agent of this State Farm and she made me feel very taken care of and looked after in the event of an emergency. I’ve switched all my insurance needs to here and I was able to get a good price due to the multi policy discount. Highly recommend!!

Very nice State Farm agent. Wonderful experience Lisa takes a time with each customer to make sure that everything they want in policies ,insurance and any other elements that related to insurance companies is taken care of to the fullest extent. I would definitely recommend Lisa if you're looking for an insurance agent who has experience and cares about your needs and what you want to do. Definitely five stars!
