“I visited AT&T several times and did not have the best service due to an issue with a misspelling of my name on our account, however on this occasion Juliana wiped away the memory of all of those experiences. I was told by all the other representatives to figure it out in the app or call customer service but Juliana took the time to help us sort out the issue in the app and get a new phone within minutes. She made helpful suggestions and perfectly applied my screen protector and case saving me from pulling out my hair attempting to do it myself. I couldn't be happier with her smiling service, and will definitely make sure she's working next time I need AT&T.”

“Can’t say enough good things about this place… Very Professional, Extremely knowledgeable and with a Great price…. I believe it was Jackson who helped me, I mean my phone was crushed, but he fixed everything on it to the front screen, back glass, charging port and made it look Brand New… all in an hour or so at an Amazing price!!! He even put a screen protector on it for free…If I could I would give them 6 out of 5 stars… That’s how much I recommend them…!!!”

“Currently metro customer switching plans cause they Wi-Fi sucks even when you just pay your bill however called boost to switch and Carlos got me all straight and square even calmed my anxiety over metro by explaining my services costs of product and plans that I’ll be recording with boost!!!
