Hello I was told that my delivery was going to delivered this Saturday. I got the process text but not the tim of delivery text. A representative assured me that I will get the text and my delivery the next day. I still haven't received my delivery! And I'm hurting really bad. Please answer me.

So my medication was scheduled and they had the wrong address when I tried to contact the office and explain they where very nasty and hung up on me also the driver name was Steve and he was also nasty it was a mistake on they end but I had to suffer and also I called again and held on for over 1 hour smh and still no medication

This pharmacy lacks empathy and professionalism. In the last year or so someone I love very much has gone without meds on multiple occasions due to this place! They promise dates of delivery, then just don't show up. If you call you are treated disrespectfully. There is always an excuse. If they are out of 1 med, they will hold ALL of your meds hostage so they can deliver on the same day. However, you won't receive a call about it! It's so frustrating!!! If you dare question them you get accused of abusing your meds!!! How Dare You? My loved one is so terrified of calling themselves in fear of losing their meds now. What despicable treatment!!!

I like the pharmacy. I just can’t deal with waiting for delivery from 7am- 5pm. That’s extremely to long.

PMC has no customer service.
Was told I could pickup my meds.(not any more). Also free delivery if more than one script. (not any more. $16 fee per delivery)
The latest one.Delivered my meds. They used a different manufacturer. Started meds on start date. They upset my stomach & headache. Called PMC . Was told there's nothing they can do. Was told by them take a Tylenol with ur meds. Great!!

Customer service is terrible! Anyone you speak to is extremely rude, very impatient, & absolutely no help. Whoever the receptionist is, please replace her. As well as the delivery driver. No company should want employees taking care & speaking to customers with no courtesy. You can speak & explain things without disrespecting people. It truly takes no effort. From the looks of the reviews, I am not the only one who has experienced this. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

My Doctor said this mail order pharmacy would be better. He was wrong. I only got one script filled , that was enough. The medication was not my normal brand. Also they just didn’t have 2 of my meds. And told me I would just have to wait. Smh. I am crippled. So waiting for my meds is not good. I do not recommend this pharmacy. I will say this , I gave 2 stars only because the woman Jordan I spoke with was so nice and welcoming. That’s really the only thing I liked.

They are great. They deliver your prescriptions when they say they will. They use UPS or their personal delivery driver. I have never had a problem.

I’m so happy with PMC Pharmacy.There were no snags, everything they said they were going to do, they did & right on time as well! Very accommodating. The delivery driver kept in touch, arrived on time & was very nice. Everyone was professional and go above and beyond. I couldn’t be happier!

The worst! Gave me a delivery time from 3-4 leave work and the delivery came early.. the mess up of my delivery dates get messed up let alone give me generics when my medical coverage covers name brand .. let alone the man who claims is a supervisor is the most ignorant let alone rude as ever very argumentative. Does not stop to listen. I have no meds and have to keep missing work for these deliveries..

First time last time. This place speaks to their clients like they don't matter. I was called rude for asking a question and told that calls were made to me several times with no indication of any call. Then when I asked for a manager the young woman went into a mocking voice and made me wait another five minutes. Too many other places to go.
