The technician went over and above - she noticed the doctor had used an incorrect code for a test, called the doctors office, and while she was not able to get through, I was impressed with her efforts to try and resolve the problem.

I was a walk-in. The process was fast and easy. The phlebotomist was super nice and gentle. I don't have easy veins, but she is one of the best that has ever tried to get blood from me.
