Arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time and left with test completed before my appointment time. Checked in at my car in the parking lot and was greeted by name as I entered the door to the building.

The technician was awesome. There were issues with codes and test that needed clarification and she was great handling it so I could get my blood drawn

The med. personnel, Pablo, who was taking care of my request was very helpful with answering questions and explaining details and requirements before and after the test. Also, I went on Friday and didn't have a wait time.
