Spent about 400$ in store to surprise significant other she was open to most of what I bought but not all so I went back to return 2 items that were unused and unopened no one said there was a no return policy lady was kind of rude about it it wasn’t a pleasant experience it’s unfortunate too because I would of been a returning customer

Always fun shopping at Spice2Nite. Very comfortable atmosphere and friendly, helpful staff. Not to mention excellent selection of spicy things ;)

The woman working was on the phone in what seemed a not so pleasant call, but we were in the store for over 45 mins and never once was greeted or asked if assistance was wanted.
She has the temperament of a prickly pear. "OK to look at, but don't approach".
Selection (including sizes) were great and things were presented nicely, but other than that, appreciative that we are only visiting Philly area and don't have to rely on attending spice2nite in the future.

I have bought many items from this establishment throughout the years. Wide selection in store and on website. Staff is very knowledgeable, which makes you knowledgeable to what you're interested in. LOVE this store!!! If love your partner price is no option just bring your money. The costumes are of great quality.

Would give no stars if I could. Walked in no one greeted me. Then I said hi to the girl that works there she gave me a dry hi back. The store has nothing worth buying and the customer service is trash. Will never come back

The people in here always have a stuck up attitude. I walked in the one time with my brand new baby and they screamed at me like I was child screaming “you can’t bring kids in here!”. The other time I tried to return shoes there and the girl at the counter very rudely said we dont take shoes back. They have absolutely No customer service skills at all. Nice place they just need to work on the way they speak to people.

Not offered help where certain items were. Never told items not opened with the price tags still attached couldn't be returned or my credit card to be credited back. Person behind the counter today didn't say she was sorry but couldn't return them but was rude. They were no good to me anymore so I left the products with her. I know she is going to put them back on the shelf to resell.

Great place with great selection! Lots of outfits also to chose from.. The girls working are friendly and helpful. You don't have to worry about feeling uncomfortable here!! Just go in !!!!
