A point of criticism is the lack of branches in certain regions like California, which some find inconvenient for a bank promoting convenience. The local branch is also noted for being helpful to non-customers in need.
The people there are amazing! They always greet you with a smile and take the time to not only complete your banking needs, but talk to you like a human. I’d highly recommend this branch of TD!

Julie was excellent helping me with an international wire this morning. I'm only giving 3 stars though because this is supposedly "America's most convenient bank" but there are no branches in California. Very inconvenient in my opinion.
