I was promised a phone trade-in when upgrading, but this was a complete bait-and-switch. I returned my old phone three times, and each time I was given a different excuse for why the trade-in was denied. Despite following their instructions, I’m now stuck paying for the new phone with no trade-in credit. The staff’s inconsistent reasons and lack of accountability were infuriating. I learned my lesson: avoid third-party retailers and stick to a corporate Verizon store for upgrades. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere!

Nick from Horsham was nothing short of amazing. He was quick minded and immediately went into troubleshoot mode to fix the problem. He is extremely knowledgeable and offered various options I could explore. He took the time to listen and resolve the issue all while managing several customers at a time. He should get a raise for dealing with so many high need customers all at the same time. Thanks so much Nick for everything!
