I ordered a junior combo, something I've done before many times. This was my first time at this location, it was a Tuesday evening (11/11) at 5:47pm and there were about 3 customers in store. To the man who made who made order #887, you ruined my night. I ordered a chicken cheesesteak on whole wheat. Well you spent more time wrapping the hoagie then filling it. First of all, the bread must have shrunk because it was no bigger than 4 inches. And it was ALL bread. I unwrapped to find the skinniest, smallest runt, which was a slap to the face.
This review really is for that one guy working on this specific night. Please retrain him, I overheard the woman next to him say he had been there 3 months.

The food is good as expected but I wanna give a special shout out to Lynn. She made my drink today and I watched her single handedly serve over 7 people in minutes. She deserves to be acknowledged!! You're amazing 🤩

Staff (mostly an older middle aged woman who works mornings) is incredibly rude at this location. I went to the self checkout to purchase a single coffee, and noticed that another customer left their entire transaction up on the screen. I tried to clear the screen from their items so I could scan my coffee and go about my day, but it called for an attendant to void the transaction. She then came running over frantically asking if any of those items were mine multiple times. Woman you only see a SINGLE coffee in my hand. I don’t have $30 worth of merchandise on me. Management at this location and Corporate need to fully retrain staff on customer service techniques.
Hopefully Sheetz starts to penetrate the area since they have better options and customer service.

I have been in there 5 times asking for egg bites and on multiple occasions the kid said they take too long to cook so they are not making them lol

Wawa has the best coffee and creamer! I live in TN, and I only drink coffee when I travel to a location with a Wawa! So excited that this year, they are building a Wawa in TN, still 45 mins from my house, but once a month, I plan on going and stocking up on coffee and creamer! Their sweet tea is also very good and consistent, I wish they had a non-sweetened tea since I like to water down the sweetness of my teas, but water works, too!

After driving 600 miles, thinking about the WaWa burger, ordering a double bacon cheeseburger, all the way, add pickles, jalapeños, mustard, and mayo - expecting a huge ooey, gooey, greasy, sloppy mess of amazingness, and then, not even needing a napkin either during or after eating what I was handed, I am VERY disappointed. I know from experience y’all can do much, much better than this

Ordered a buffalo chicken wrap. Came with one piece of chicken that was hard as a rock. Honestly Wawa seems to be falling off, each time it’s the proportions or quality. Shame.

I have not gone there to buy much since this store opened, but know this location has more than one free air pump to fill tires with. This makes it easier since one does not have to wait as long to use air pump, unless one of the pumps is out of service.

Deli employee was Rude and not helpful. This store does not update online food available. I ordered stuffing on my way to work. I was kept waiting and was told I had to get my own refund. Not much help!
