The store is disgusting and never cleaned. The aisles are so crowded you can even push a cart through them. The employees are rude and don't even greet you. The price on the shelves are never what rings up at the register. Would not recommend.

Went today too buy a monster coffee and also purchased a liter of Coca-Cola because they are the cheapest in town there. Later on I went too crack my liter bottle of coke and took a sip a drink and automatically knew there was something wrong. (It was flat as flat can be) I check the date on the bottle and it expired the second week on April ??♂️ Update: I was finally able too make it back with my receipt. Darker hair older lady glasses took care of me. She was very polite. I was able too get another liter of Coke (replacement) and my Usual favorite Salted Caramel Monster Energy Coffee and a 24 pack of water. Moral of the story I work as an Dairy Lead, it’s always important too “check your dates”

Sitting outside the door at 8:30am on July 4th, they open at 8.and the manager just got here.
Update...she walked outside 5 mins later to smoke a cigarette and informed myself and another customer that they still weren't open

Worst dollar store in the Houston/cannonsbug area. There is no staff ever and when there is staff they are too busy texting their friends to pay attention to what they are ringing out when I already waited 8 minutes in line just to get checked out, and there was one person in front of me with 4 items. It's always closed here, might as well just shut it down there's really no point keeping this store open.

Hours say 8am-10pm. I get it, life happens. But then ….. Cashier wasn’t ready until 8:16. Card reader wouldn’t work, after waiting there in line for 10 minutes. She reeked of weed and was stoned and high as kite on a windy day. Do better. We all know retail sucks, still no excuse.

No one ever works. I live very close and run right by it. I always want to stop for a drink but they are NEVER open. Hours are right on the door. Never opened. They have a written sign that says closing at 5pm. I went today at 1045 and there are 5 people outside waiting for them to open. We knocked and called numerous times with nothing. Honestly close this place down and put something that is going to benefit the community. If i could give 0 stars i would. Not reliable at all.

They have it posted that they are open until 10:00, but I just walked up to go inside at 9:37 and they already locked their doors. The girl was standing at the register and acted like she didn't hear me..

Wish you could give a zero the staff there is horrible Noone ever working 90 percent of time card only the stores not clean seen thr same red bull open on shelf sat there so long it grew mold on itThe floor is a mess dirty employees outside smoking employees close store down to run personal errands this store has went to hell

Google says this place has FedEx services...the only problem is there is ZERO evidence of any FedEx services when you drive up to the place. It would be nice if Dollar General could put possibly a sign...or something to let people know that they indeed have FedEx inside. And why does someone like me have to write a review for this to happen?

Houston PA location is by far the best I've been to. Clean, well stocked, even in the pandemic. Always busy, and short staffed but the workers are pleasant and helpful, which I'm sure is a challenge with b*tchey customers who don't get it. Other local area stores have been adjusting hours due to staffing problems, but I haven't run across it yet here, and they added a self checkout to help. The only issue I've IDd is the parking lot. As busy as it is, it really should be better designed, but they can't do much about that, with this physical location.

Been standing outside for over 30mins with an older gentleman who has been outside longer than IIt says they open at 8am, doors are locked rang the buzzer as well… it’s now 9:17am
