“The owner is friendly and courteous. They had everything I needed and ordered what they didn't have in stock at no additional charge. The quality of the panels I received were first rate. I bought a tailgate that fit exactly as it should. My Hardware bolted right on.”
“Had a great experience. Accidentally went ice skating in my Mazda 3, took out a speed limit sign, and messed up the front pretty badly. They replaced a lot of parts for a very reasonable price. Communication was good too. Several months later, the work they did still looks great. If I lived up there, I would definitely use their services again.”
“Genuinely nice guy. Dustin was very easy to get a hold of and responsive to email. Even when I decided to junk the vehicle instead of going through repairs, he still gave me advice on the salvage process. I appreciate his genuine interest in helping someone out who wasn't even a customer.”
“These guys went above and beyond to ensure that you're getting the right part or merchandise that you came in for I promise you'll never be let down...I can say I will be returning Thxs NAPA”
“I've been buying from these folks for a year and can say that they carry a lot of unique items that are hard to find and always have the best prices. Always helpful and friendly a good place to keep it local.”
“came in the other day for a battery test kid up front helped me diagnose it as my starter and the shorter stubby woman was just standing there when there was a line of people not doing anything thought maybe she just had a bad day. came in again recently that same woman was still in the same spot not helping anyone pretending like we dont exist. good spot otherwise can always get what i need”
“My favorite auto parts store in the Philipsburg area. Always has what I need and I am in and out with no problems. In the past they have gone above and beyond to help me. I appreciate it.”

“The staff at UMI have been absolutely amazing to work with. Jim from Customer Service took care of every aspect of my order from beginning to end, and even sent me to Dwayne at the Tech Support Team to make sure that I was getting the right products for my Camaro. Jim and Dwayne were both extremely professional and helpful throughout the whole process. I am beyond grateful for their support and they should teach seminars on Customer Service! UNI has been awesome to work with. Thank you again to the team for their help and support!”
