Richner’s was an absolute Godsend. I got in an accident where the other driver was at fault. Long story short, Richner’s saved me a lot of money, had fantastic customer service/communication, and were the only bright side of the ordeal. Best car repair shop around 100%! You guys are awesome!!!

Very nice and helpful man that answered the phone.
Wasn't sure if he had the part I needed in his yard or partner yard, but took my number and said that come Monday he would do the legwork and call other/affiliated junk yards in his area to see if they had what I needed.
Considering I'd been calling junk yards non stop from the area of Wellsville NY to where this place is located, I'd say that was incredibly thoughtful and considerate of this man to offer to do for me, completely unasked.

Absolute liar, he misrepresented what he is offering and then trys to bully people into paying more! Stay away from this terrible business if you can call it that more its more of a hustle. Don't engage unless you're prepared.

I needed a new rim for my car. I called Jeff, and he asked me to send pictures of the type and size. We talked two more times before it was delivered. It took less than a week, and he ensured it was the right fit before I paid. After doing a Google search, I found that they are mid-prized.

Worst business I ever seen in Pennsylvania, lazy, work from 12, rude, and slow. I’m looking for bumper for my car, and called this guy on phone and every time it was call me later, give me a time , my helper out, call me after weekend, call me later, call me tomorrow.

JEFF Richner, has good Prices. And will try like hell to get you your Part.He has alot of New and Used parts from out west, down south and from here in PA. BMW Mercedes Lexus Audi Ford Chevy Dodge and Many High End Companies To Many To Remember Truck Beds, doors, hoods, front and back bumpers, front grills. left and right fenders, front clips, Back hatches. Many different yearsAs a customer,. U feel welcome and safe. You name it I've seen it Many Brands walking through his Property from Imports to Jeep, Hyd, Honda, Chrysler, GMC. By the way, At the end of the process The Part looks great on my ride and it looks freaking awesome.,! Thanks Jeff !

I'm sure he has a lot of parts but when trying to explain what I was looking for he kept talking over me which I find very rude. I hope he does well but I can't handle that.

Called to check on prices on steel wheels for a car. First comment was most people dont want to spend good money. Then proceeded to ask me 3 times what i wanted to spend. I said for steel wheels i usually only pay around $25 ea. He then said he doesnt want to deal with me and hung up on me. I was willing to drive 4 hours to do buisness and buy multiple wheels, but didnt even want to tell me what they wanted for them. Glad i didnt waste a trip.

These guys were good guys i came from Brooklyn to pick up a part and the 2 guys I met there were great no problems getting a part except there was a piece missing on it in the center of the bumper a small half round piece.didnt notice til I got back I wasn't going to drive 4 hrs back to dispute it..its not thier fault these things happen

Terrible Customer Service. Called to get a quote on a part listed on Car-part but the guy is not aware of the item listed on car-part.com. Then why you list the item there ? Don't waste your time very poor service
