It's says there open till 11 except for a couple day and everytime I get there,between 10 and 10:30 they are closed

It's a small convenience store. I don't really shop inside, but if you pay cash you get 5 cents off per gallon. Staff seem very nice. It's location can make it tough to get in and out of if there's traffic, so use the Water St entrance and exit in that case.
