My experience with H&R block this year was excellent. The app made it easy to upload documents, so Shannon had everything ready before we came in. It was quick and easy.

Alot of info preparer had to seek advice., phone interruptions during tax prep ,. price too high , and quoted price on phone was not price after completion of taxes ,. But got $65 credit , thank you ., and still paid $165., $5 too much, was quoted $160 with a local return , only had state & fed

H&R Block in Hughesville is a nightmare. They lost my taxes and finally after 2 days of hunting, they found them under a desk (and she actually told me that). Preceding all that, when I called she said I never had my taxes done there before. I had to go down and show them to her. She was in a different room and she told the woman I was talking to (and I heard her say it) she didn't want to see me. I was furious, needless to say, and had a few not so nice words to say to her. I don't know how people say they are so nice down there. Apparently they got new people since last year. I told them I would NEVER recommend them to anyone, and you should't go either.

Because C.J. Swisher, Butch, was amazing. She has done our taxes for a couple years and she is always so friendly and helpful. Sarah was another wonderful person who helped. She was amazing as well.
