“My insurance roadside service found and recommended CPR auto center, and I’m so happy they did! Car was stuck in PA off I-80 with a dead battery. Dispatch was helpful in recommending local mechanics when the insurance co. Directed us to garages for semis. And they were willing to wait while a state trooper tried to jump us (unsuccessfully). The tow truck driver got right to work and we were back on the road in minutes. No tow necessary. “love my 2014 impreza and plan to have it for many years. but sadly the first spot of rust and had the rocker panels replaced by ron. a fabulous job and will tell anyone to take their vehicles to him. his quote to me was within a few dollars of the eventual bill too and how often does that ever happen ? a flash back of sorts for me as his dad worked on my very first car back in the mid 1970's , my 1972 pontiac lemans . i would say ron is the best place in the area to go to for auto body work !”

I did the reassembly myself and the owner took time to explain into detail all the different things to watch out for during the rebuild. And answered any questions I had along the way. “If your starter fails you go get another starter, problem fixed. Mechanicals either work or they don't - Body work is not that simple.I Own an Insurance Agency and have been dealing with Body Shops and these issues since 1987. Some people really love their vehicles, I'm one of those people. It is never easy when your car gets hit and you have to turn it over to someone to fix it.It is important that the shop is several things.....Professional, competent, caring, responsive and most important - Committed to solving the inevitable problems that Will Happen.My 2021 Toyota 4Runner suffered such a mishap on a trip back from Ft. Bragg NC almost a year ago. Covid, supply chain, parts, and paint matching (made difficult by Toyota) ALL played a part.I naively thought plug the paint code in to the computer and WaLa spray it on and all good. That was when Chad, Charlie and their Painter came out with a Ream of Color "chips" in a book like you get at the paint store. What's that I say? These are how many variants there are to Your paint code ALL different shades of the same Toyota color.Long story short - Thank you Charlie and your team. They stuck it out and we all stayed patient until we got what was a good outcome. A good shop can paint cars a Great shop can deal with all the problems that will arise and get the job done.Thank you again.Service: Painting”
