Had the best experience here today with Eddie the store manager. He was able to use the last 12 minutes the store was open to help me with asurion and getting my old phone active again! Peace of mind and a cost friendly experience. Come to this store in Hummelstown for all your AT&T needs.

Luke was fantastic to work with. We put him through the wringer with 4 new iPhones, cases, screen protectors, chargers, and a new phone line. He was so thorough and efficient and made sure everything last detail was taken care of before we left the store. Eddie was also a huge help. Great atmosphere and experience. I usually hate upgrading but they made it enjoyable.

We ported our account from Verizon and we had some isssuesnporting but Eddie was very helpful in getting everything done right. Highly recommend him and the store.

Don’t let one bad apple ruin the career of the other amazing associates at this location! I walked into the store with phone issues, they weren’t able to fix it, but found a way to lower my bill and get me a new phone! I have bought multiple phones from Justice and Chandler & they have been amazing every single time! Give these guys a chance you won’t be disappointed!

If i had the option for negative stars i would select that, was in there 6/18 to upgrade my phone and lets just say the employee i delt with did some things the store should be ashamed of knowing they hired that kind of employee but that issue is currently beint handled. i was told a manager would be contacting me the next day to discuss this issue but that never happened , fast forward to 6/24 i went back to the store and asked the employee that was working to please have the managaer call me the next day and here it is 2 days later and no phone call. i will never do business at this location again and to be honest i am thinking about taking my business elsewhere.

Exceptional service in resolving phone screen locking up, making the phone useless. Representative checked multiple times to insure issue was resolved. Extremely relieved because I am traveling out of state with no access to any communication without my phone.

Justice was outstanding. He reviewed my cellphone plan and found me a less expensive option. Overall I am really pleased with my experience today and would come back anytime I need help with my phone or plan.
