“Excellent customer service. My repair job wasn't perfect because some brackets we visible in gap between the fender and the front bumper, but they were willing to replace the fender to fix that small issue. I haven't taken my car back to have that fixed but I'll update then.
UPDATE: The did an amazing job on my car. I'm very happy with the result. Customer service incredible as well. I'd definitively recommend this place.”
“Billman's Auto body did a great job on my truck. They do great work at great prices. They also will either wave part of your deductible or all of it. For me Mr. Billman waved my deductible both times. I had my other car at the shop last year and he did a very good job on it as well. Highly recommend, I want to give him more than 5 stars because I don't think 5 stars is enough. If you are within 15 miles from the shop they can give you a ride (if needed). “Let me start by saying the people at Wayne's Auto are top notch.But I went in with a simple spark plug issue but they saw I needed tires and so they recommended i'd get those done first just out of care and respect for their customer. (The tires and spark plugs were about the same in price so there was no cash grab much like a lot of other mechanic shops like to do.) So that shows that they value their customers as people not just income. And when I mentioned that I would need my car done by a certain time they made sure to get it done in a VERY timely manner which I grately appreciate and so for that I recommend anyone and everyone to go to Wayne's AutoI will be back for any bodywork and or mechanical work!!”

Since my husband is nearly blind and I have neuropathy in my hands the Cashier was kind enough to take 5 minutes to replace the battery and show me how. It would have taken me a frustrating hour. “Just recently moved to Linglestown from Florida. I typically do all my own work however I needed a wheel bearing pressed on my Saturn S series and did not have a press.
