I brought my 2015 ford fusion titanium in to get some work done from a deer that hit me. Everyone at the shop to enterprise car rental was professional. I highly recommend using select collision.

I chose this place because it was of few, that took my insurance. I had brought it in for an appraisal which was a 30 minute appointment for the hour I spent driving there and back home. I was told at the appraisal appointment that it would take 3 days to fix my car which sounded great. A month later I drive another hour there and back to drop off my car so it could be worked on. Three days go by with no car and I haven't heard of any update. I decided to reach out to them in the morning and was told that it would be done EOD that day. I called again to confirm my arrival that day and was then told it was only being painted and would be another 2 days until it was ready. I was very upset that they didn't have their information updated as I called AND that I was out of a car for 5 days now. Two days go by and I call them for an update (when they should have been calling me), and was told it just needed to go through a basic inspection and would be done that day. EOD comes around and no call. I called them for the third time, the next day when I got off work. Someone answered and said "Oh it's done. But we close in an hour." So, I wasn't even able to go get my car when it was done because I couldn't make it before they closed. Finally, after 7-8 days without my car, I pick it up. I asked for a price reduction for all of this but they couldn't because I was paying a fixed rate based on my insurance. Very upsetting. One week later, I am driving on the high way and a part of my grill comes loose and flies over my car. Got ran over by the cars behind me. This was my breaking point. I called and they ordered the new piece for them to put back in. All simply because it wasn't pushed in enough, that I have to drive yet ANOTHER hour there and back to this place, so they can fix their own mistake. Will simply never go here again. Do not recommend.

My experience with Select Collision in Hershey was very good. They did a good job on my bumper. They returned my car in good shape.

I had miniscule front bumper damage from a local car wash with my brand new baby and took it to select. I was able to get in in about 3 weeks. My car was done a day early and my car was sparkling inside and out when I picked it up!! I was blown away to see that. They kept great communication and anytime I had to call, they answered right away and helped me with my questions. Thank you for fixing up Benson to make him like new again.

Really awesome guys, They Start the inspection right away enter the center. I am out of state person, appreciate their approach & they try to make the people feel cool & comfortable which is really needed the during the panic situation like collision or damage of car. I strongly recommend this collision center.

I took my GMC Sierra to Select Collision for some body work and repair after someone had backed into the side of my truck. It took a couple months to get into the shop, however the wait was 100% worth it. Not only did Select Collision repair my truck so that it looks brand new again, they provided excellent customer service throughout the whole process. The communication from the repair team was top notch as they made sure to inform me every step of the way. At the end, they made sure I was satisfied with the repair and were more than willing to bring it in for additional work if needed. 10/10 would recommend using Select Collision for any repair work.Service: Body & Trim

These guys did a great job on my truck. Good quality at a reasonable price. They really went above and beyond to help me out. I wasn’t able to drop off my truck because of a scheduling problem on my end. Since I live nearby, Bob, the manager offered to have the truck picked up at my home and dropped off after it was done. Really appreciated them going the extra mile. Everyone I dealt with at the shop was very pleasant and helpful. Wouldn’t think of taking my vehicles anywhere else when the need arises again. Nice work, nice people.
