we stay at the Hilton Gardens Inn Hershey every year when we attend a conference here. it is so nice being able to walk into Hummelstown to the restaurants and shops

Huge thank you to Alyssa at the front desk. She handled two separate room issues with patience and kindness and ultimately got us into a third room that’s perfect. She remained calm, helpful, and genuinely pleasant throughout the entire process. Excellent customer service.
