Got both my order wrong after charging me more for a sour cream on my walking taco and making me wait even longer after getting my order wrong for hotdog after 20 minutes, and still getting it wrong when giving me. Really bad place especially since there’s was no one there beside me.

Went to the store at 845 in the morning. Was grabbing 2 very simple breakfast sandwiches. Went to look in the hot hold. Had 6 sandwiches on it. So went to order at the kiosks. I was watching the ladies in the back try to make my food. It was painful to watch. The lady had no clue I even really orded food. She didn't place the bread on the toaster for a while. And then went to go about getting temps for everything. I am standing there waiting. Only one there. And she just ignores the fact the bread is done. When she started to make the food finally she then realized she didn't have any sausages. So she had to microwave one. These are very simple. Egg. Meat. Cheese and bread. That's it. Should not have taken as long as it did when I saw 4-5 others just walking around talking and doing whatever they were doing. Just ridiculous.

I do not recommend hummelstown rutters. I ordered an Iced coffee . I got there and my order wasn’t even ready . The guy was dilly dallying around making my coffee. He finally brings it over and I told him I added whipped cream and caramel sauce and that I paid extra for the both of them. He goes oh.. so he goes back and adds the whipped cream. Then he puts caramel sauce in the lid and caramel sauce drips all over my coffee cup. They do not follow directions what so ever. They just do watever they want!

I used their bathroom, it was decent. Their drinks are cold and their food is warm, that's all I care about.

just got some funnel cake fries, which are beautifully presented in the picture with powdered sugar and chocolate drizzle & once i got home, i got straight funnel cake fries. w nothing on them. talk about being healthier.

Four people behind the counter... one guy working hard 2 others saying they can't help you.... management needs to get off their butt and help. Worst Rutters I've been to. Go to sheetz!!

I have to say that they have so far the best mozzarella sticks for a gas station standard and a majestic pumpkin pie milkshake. It could maybe use some more cleaning and some more products instead of the same old stuff but hey pretty good!

Place is a rip off ordered a meatball sub and it was basically a hotdog roll with mini meatballs. And was way over priced if you want a deal go to sheetz this place is a joke and the food prep people don't seem to have any motivation i wasn't going to post anything but I've had multiple issues with this location and will not go back

The coke slurpee has been down for days! Does the team not know this and call for maintenance? I did ask and the clerk was clueless. Can't wait for Wawa to open next month!!
