Everybody at this particular Sheetz location is amazing, kind, and courteous. Zack in particular, was so nice and helpful. He and everybody here does such a great job. Thank you so much Zack. Keep up the excellent work.

This sheetz needs to staff up. At 6pm on a Thursday waited 25 minutes for a basic order of 2 sliders and a bag of fries. At one point the display showed that there were 11 orders being prepared, with only 2 people working on the orders.

It's a Sheetz. You get what you expect, a decent gas station and a good selection of snacks and incidentals. Had to wait quite a bit on a food order but other than that it was solid.

Took 14 minutes to make an order of four hotdogs and a cup of fries when the place was empty…that’s just embarrassing.

Great Sheetz, with good service. The food is quick and had always been correct. one of the cleanest bathrooms Sheetz I have been to.

Don't get chiliedogs here! They don't put the chilie in the bun. They put it on top and outside the bun. I'm very disappointed!

Went to pick up our order at sheetz, we had gotten all the food except 6 mozzarella sticks. Drove the whole way back to show the receipt, to show it was paid for. The guy at the front asked his manager. He told us she had at said we have to call customer service to get a refund. I explained that a few times they have forgotten stuff, we come back down show them and they always have been friendly and made our food. They even sometimes give coupons for the inconvenience. As I was talking to the guy, Britney the manager was slamming things and giving me dirty looks. My dad had called the store since he placed the order, she went to pick up the phone and was being very ignorant and hung up on him. She then came out from the back and started talking very loudly too the other workers about my dad and throwing it her hands up. As I was leaving the store, she had said something about me being on the phone with my dad and she isn’t picking up the phone again. So my dad came down to sheetz to talk to her in person. My dad asked for her name and she refused, but we had already gotten her name from another worker. She had accused him of cussing at her over the phone. She had said that she apologized to us for messing up the order and I said no you didn’t. She stuck her hand up and said I’m not talking to you I’m talking to your dad. I have the whole thing recorded to send to corporate, it sucks because sheetz is always our go to. They always have all been nice. Not sure what was going on with the workers today but defiently shocking.

Submitted a mobile order which had 6 piece mozzarella sticks. Order was picked up and the mozzarella sticks were not in the bag. Went back and talked to the manager about it. The manager was ignoring us and was very rude when speaking to us. The customer service is non-existent. She admitted the mozzarella sticks were not put in the bag. We did NOT get the mozzarella sticks. This is not the first time food has been messed up or missing. I would highly recommend not going to this Sheetz.

Gave this a 4 stars because this one doesn’t have a car wash. If they did there would be more business here. Everything else is quite decent!

This Sheetz is really good. The staff are always friendly. I heard they are doing away with their soft serve ice cream machine. This breaks my heart, my niece and I enjoy going regularly for an ice cream on occasion and this place is close enough to walk to. I really like the curly fries, and the customer service is top-notch.

Mto burger, pretzel and donut everything was so fresh and delicious. Made my day coming here after work for food. Appreciate the morning shift workers that made the food. They did great job. I don't usually review but had to after that great meal.
