Don't order delivery from here. They use door dash so whenever there's an issue, which happens a lot, Sheetz will tell you to call Doordash and Doordash to call Sheetz. The staff is nice and food is fine, but as a business, Sheetz the company, doesn't care to make their mistakes right

The worst Sheetz I've been to very slow and under staffed on the MTO. Waited over a hr for food while my baby was in Hershey Hospital.

Got burritos- one sausage, one bacon.
Not sure if cheese was bad or maybe grill should have been cleaned off. They had an after taste- could not finish.

My group of three came here after Hersheypark late one night. They have soooo many options for food! We got the mozzarella sticks. Not too bad for the price, but the pizza was okay aswell. Keep up the great work!

The price tag of the beer I purchase has said 10.69 for at least 3 months now but always rings up as 10.99. The past 8 times they have adjusted the price when I show them a picture of the price tag still at 10.69.
Today I did the same thing and the front worker called the manager lady up (the one who looks like she smokes 3 packs a day) who rudely says no we can’t change prices. I say yes you can, I’ve had this done many times before. “No we can’t change prices.”
I paid and left but I truly hope you give a 30 cent raise to this manager. She’s really looking out for your bottom line. You could just take it from the extra 30 cents everyone is unknowingly paying for that beer!
Customers shouldn’t be getting taken advantage of because you’re too lazy to keep price tags up to date. Maybe don’t raise the price if you’re not ready to re-tag? Maybe hire people that care about a smooth, legitimate, operation of your business? That don’t cause an unpleasant interaction over a 30 cent mistake which can be corrected in minutes so that it never happens again? Get it together.
