I frequently ship large quantities of items for work to multiple locations, and he always makes the process fast, easy, and efficient. I recently sent some of my handmade pottery from Pennsylvania to Washington State. The owner carefully assessed the packaging and shipping times for me. He personally suggested using 2 cartons and double boxing each which led to a completely successful shipment without any breakage. I couldn’t be more pleased.
