After having a horrific experience at the location on 769 Middletown Rd, Hummelstown, PA 17036 we came to this location and was helped by Luke who was PHENOMENAL! He took the time to address EVERY concern we had and FIXED all the issues where the other location FAILED MISERABLY! We will NEVER go to that location again and the person who originally set us up there had absolutely NO clue as to what he was doing. Thankfully Luke was very knowledgeable and professional— not to mention PATIENT! I would recommend going to this location and not going to the other one. Save your mental health & time and have things done correctly the first time! Thank you for everything Luke!

My wife and I both needed to upgrade our phones. When the phones came in, we worked with Sam, and he not only got our phones set up, and moved all our apps and accounts, but also found us a better deal on monthly bills! He was honest, funny, and excellent at what he does. I highly recommend you go to this store if you are with Verizon!

I went to return my equipment. There were three gentlemen that would make great coworkers. They were jovial respectful and down to earth! I will say I hope that that's the regular and not the end of the day thing because we have enough stuffed shirts in retail. That usually says that you don't like your job to me.

Mike is so professional and knowledgeable He helped me pick out a phone suggested a protective cover and screen protector which I accepted He is very polite and a pleasure to work with He was able to get everything transferred an up and running Can’t thank him enough!

After going to two other Verizon stores trying to find someone who was willing to help my wife and I get new phones, Sam was more than willing to help us even though his store was closing in a half an hour. We had a sitter watching our kids so that we could get this done after I got off of work. Sam was still willing to help us out and was so kind and helpful! This is now the only Verizon store my wife and I will be going to from here on out. Thank you so much
