“The team of James and Jim in Monroeville did a great job in fixing my wheel balancing issues on a brand new set of Michelin tires (...that NTB could not). The issue was only prominent above 50 MPH. I never heard of road force balancing until NTB suggested I find a tire store with the specialty equipment. West Point had the proper equipment, fixed the nagging issue and met my expectations. They also squeezed in a state inspection and emission. Keep up the great work!!”

“A couple weeks ago I took my car here because I knew it needed some serious brake work and possibly more.(It was so much, much more) I came to Lug Nutz because of the reviews and trusted that they would be able to help. Luke and the mechanic on duty were incredibly helpful and kind. The car needed new brakes, rotors and calipers and more. They managed to get it all fixed and running before the end of the day! We are very understanding when it comes to the amount of labor involved and did not really expect it to be done. These guys will go above and beyond to help you. Our car has been running better than ever and I feel safe driving my kids around again.
*side note* I mentioned to my husband (literally today!) how much I appreciated the respectful interaction and when we checked the mail, there was a HANDWRITTEN thank you note from the owners and staff! ??? Absolutely the definition of going above and beyond! Don't bother looking anywhere else for a family mechanic, Lug Nutz is the best in town! ???”

“I can't say enough, they went above and beyond. Curt Greek (salesman) was fantastic! I filled out the inquire and credit app online. He contacted me the next day and got to work right away. No need to negotiate pricing. We got a great deal with the Honda Family discount program. We communicated via text and email. Once we got to the dealership we just had to sign and drive. They even pulled our vehichle and our new 2025 Honda Odyssey Elite into the showroom, so we didn't have to take our newborn into the cold. I would highly recommend this dealership and they have a new customer for future business.”

“The transmission on my Acura failed when my wife was visiting family in North Huntingdon, so we had it towed to Lenhart’s. Brian was exceptional to work with, as he kept me updated on the challenges of finding a used replacement transmission from salvage yards to repair my “cursed” Acura. Unfortunately, Lenhart’s had to locate, install and replace three different transmissions because each was defective. We finally came to a resolution. I admire their determination to find a “working” transmission and for sticking to their original agreement, despite incurring costs of having to replace the transmission three times. To me, Lenhart’s is a company with integrity and one that can be trusted.”

“I am beyond grateful to Larry for the prompt and quick work he did for me. I had an issue with my 'check engine' light and multiple places were unsure what the issue was. Larry took my car and did a thorough check. He wasn't sure as well and gave me an explanation in simple terms that anyone could understand. He started by doing some basic repairs to eliminate causes and finally he managed to get it sorted! He kept it inexpensive and simple. I appreciate the honesty and dedication he puts into his work. He ensured my car is in-shape to pass the inspections and emissions test, without doing any unnecessary and extra work. A mistake was made during a routine inspection but once the concern was brought up, the owner was quick to correct it at no additional charge. My family has been coming to this shop long before the ownership change and it is refreshing to see the new owner is holding the same standards and has the same respect for his customers. It is clear customer retention is important to him. Mistakes happen everywhere and I truly appreciate how this was handled. I would still recommend them if you are in the area.”
