“A couple weeks ago I took my car here because I knew it needed some serious brake work and possibly more.(It was so much, much more) I came to Lug Nutz because of the reviews and trusted that they would be able to help. Luke and the mechanic on duty were incredibly helpful and kind. The car needed new brakes, rotors and calipers and more. They managed to get it all fixed and running before the end of the day! We are very understanding when it comes to the amount of labor involved and did not really expect it to be done. These guys will go above and beyond to help you. Our car has been running better than ever and I feel safe driving my kids around again.
*side note* I mentioned to my husband (literally today!) how much I appreciated the respectful interaction and when we checked the mail, there was a HANDWRITTEN thank you note from the owners and staff! ??? “Having to get work done on your vehicle after an accident is truly one of the most stressful headaches. If you want less of a headache, deal with Eric at Hillview Motors Body Shop. He made the process of getting my vehicle fixed so easy. It honestly felt too good to be true. He took care of everything and it all went so smoothly. I had some minor dissatisfaction with my finished product, but they were able to fix it within 30 minutes of me just stopping in.”
“We have only been here 1 time but after our experience,we DEFINITELY are going back. We had been to 2 other places (an individual & a small garage in Herminie) that said they fixed the problem but didn't. Lenhart's has updated technology that let you know when your vehicle is actually going into the garage to begin service. They send you an actual video of your vehicle & the issue that needs corrected. Not only that, there is another short educational video educating you on the part itself (the purpose of the part, it's function etc). We were very impressed by the technology. This technology builds a lot of trust, education to the customer and let's you decide if you actually need that part or not. The gentlemen at the desk were both very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We lived here about 8 years and this was our first time in here I wish we had gone to them years ago !!!”

“The team of James and Jim in Monroeville did a great job in fixing my wheel balancing issues on a brand new set of Michelin tires (...that NTB could not). The issue was only prominent above 50 MPH. I never heard of road force balancing until NTB suggested I find a tire store with the specialty equipment. West Point had the proper equipment, fixed the nagging issue and met my expectations. They also squeezed in a state inspection and emission. Keep up the great work!!”

“I needed to get tires asap because the cords was showing on mine. I called Kings and they got me right in with no issue. The owner Bob (I believe) was very helpful. I had an issue with my bank card being charged twice. He called the cc company right then to try to fix the problem. When they couldn’t be offered to give me the money I paid until my refund returned. You don’t find people like that anymore. Just because of that in itself I will always get my tires there now. He also has experience in motor boats, which is a huge plus. His quotes and prices are very competitive and sometimes very reasonable compared to other private and dealership prices. His quality of work is impeccable and very prompt.
