This place is the best! I come here for everything from silver polish to greeting cards, keys, plumbing parts, bird seed, and those thingamajigs with no name! There's always someone right there, smiling, and offering to help us.

I was surprised that Ace would not honor a gift card I had purchased at Acme Markets. They said it had expired. Be forewarned, Ace will cancel your gift card credit if you keep it past a certain date. This is completely unfair to people who buy and use these cards in good faith. They lost me as a customer over this policy. I will shop at Lowe’s and Home Depot for now on. Those two stores honor their gift cards.
My response to the owner:
I can’t call the number on the back of the card because your clerk destroyed the card with a pair of scissors. She did not inform me that the card was rejected. I did not find that out until I got home and looked at the receipt. I don’t think you handled this properly.

Did not have what I wanted but when I went on a website they say they had it but did not press the order from the store the computer system was out of service so they couldn't order it from the store either
