I experienced firsthand the car and concern they have their customers.The owner Artie knows his stuff and pays close attention to detail. I had an engine replaced with a brand new one and my car runs perfect. I recommend this shop to anyone with foreign car issues. i chose this place because way I was treated through consultation and even was sent videos to back up what was promised. “Highly recommend coming here to get your car fixed. I needed my PA state inspection complete and got quoted hundreds of dollars for replacements on my car at my local Firestone. I called Ferrari’s as many of my friends and family are customers here. I explained my situation and they instructed me to come in so that they could take a look themselves. After having my car there for 1 day, they called me explaining that my car not only passed inspection, but also all of the replacements that Firestone thought that I needed to pass inspection on their end, I ultimately did not need. Ferrari’s even mentioned that I drove less than 500 miles this year and my breaks (which was something Firestone wanted me to replace) were in great condition. Overall, I went from thinking I needed to spend almost $800 on my car at Firestone, to just needing to pay for my PA state inspection.Ferrari’s is honest, absolute experts in the field and a pleasure to communicate with. I will always bring my car here from now on and I will be referring everyone I know to Ferrari’s moving forward.”

“I've been bringing cars to Chuck's since I started driving. I moved a bit further away a few years ago and started taking my car to a closer shop. I noticed a dramatically lower quality of service to the point where I'd need to return my car multiple times for the same issues.Pretty quickly, I decided to drive the extra distance (past 3 or 4 other auto-shops) to bring my car to Chuck's again, and I haven't been disappointed.”
“After my 2005 Honda was rear-ended by an uninsured motorist and my insurance company would have totaled it, my service station recommended Carlson's. When Carlson’s called with an estimate, my son, who knows cars, talked with Greg Bowen, after which he assured me that the estimate was a bargain, and I would be lucky if they could fix the car for that amount. They did! It looks better than before it was hit, it is spotless inside and out, and best of all, even though the itemized bill was higher by several hundred dollars than their first assessment, they only charged me the original estimate. I cannot recommend them too highly.”

“Dennis was so accommodating and professional. I walked in as soon as he opened with an emergency tire situation and he couldn't have been nicer. He quickly pulled the nail out of my tire and patched it while chatting with me. I've had some unfortunate experiences with other auto centers in the area (being harassed and made to feel unsafe as a woman) and Dennis proved there are still good guys in this business. He wouldn't let me pay for the tire patch either. I'll be returning for more service!”
