The atmosphere there is very difficult to sustain. Specifically, I experienced the occasion when the hair specialist Inga was yelling at her colleagues. Also, next time when I was talking to my nail specialist she said that I am too loud and no one wants to hear me. Very aggressive, unprofessional and poorly managed employee

Love Ela the Manager of “Boudoir salon” she is one of the most kind and sweet people I ever met! P.S. she is one ☝️ of the reasons why I love to come back! Not to mention Lena Hair Stylist - she’s been doing my hair for few years now, very educated, professional and always performs spectacular job! Love my hair every time I leave the salon! I can't say enough amazing things about this salon. The team that works there treats every single customer like family. They are highly trained professionals with the etiquette of angels!! My baby was having a meltdown and they all gathered around to help and soothe her...for an entire half an hour! They never once accepted my apologies or made me feel like I inconvenience them! Amazing!
