had an older lady in the pharmacy getting my prescription together, super sweet super apologetic because the pharmacist didn’t wanna do her job and process the medication. after waiting patiently the worker went over to the woman to ask for it to be processed very kindly. she was then chewed out by the blonde pharmacist for not coming over sooner and just completely barrating her on how to do her job. the older woman had grey hair and was the sweetest woman. this is absolutely ridiculous and someone needs to check her the non pharmacist was nothing but apologetic and kind about the wait and respected that the pharmacist was busy and was yelled at for waiting to speak??? weird. god bless the woman who we talked to today absolutely does not deserve that.

Worst customer service. Had to call more than 6 times a day to reach them by phone. Even after calling to refill my prescription, it was not ready when I arrived. Waited for another hour to get my medication. Will never be back.

Love this place! It bothers me a lot when people say how expensive CVS is. Well CVS sends out 30% off your purchase at least once a month and man I'll tell ya, if you have the CVS App combined with other coupons and CVS dollars I promise you you'll save a ton of money at the end of the trip! Thanks CVS keep up the GREAT WORK!!! ??⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Always get a great deal here with my Extra Bucks coupons and percentage off deals. The customer service here is excellent both at the check out counter and the pharmacy. They are well stocked during these difficult times of supply and demand and also the the blatant shoplifting that goes on uncontested. Still the best pharmacy in my area.

Every month the pharmacy said my insurance was invalid. I never changed my insurance and I gave them my card to input the info for at least 3 months. Never went back after the lady accused me of not giving them the correct info.

Had an unusual problem with getting Medicare to cover legitimate expenditures. Spoke with Medicare several times, including their advanced resolution group. Got nowhere. Nicole, the pharmacist, and Jen, the pharmacy technician, spent a lot of time on this and eventually got it solved. Hats off to two of the best.

Clean organized pharmacy. Techs are friendly and pharmacists are helpful! The male pharmacist is vacuuming and always keeping the pharmacy clean and sanitized.. I see a few negative reviews but everyone has to remember, every where is short staffed.. these people are trying their best to keep up with all the prescriptions, vaccines and helping their customers. Let's cut them some slack and be patient& understanding:)
