@the pharmacy- I have been using the pharmacy there for YEARS and recently it's been slow, they mischarge items , constantly try to over charge on medications that always take a discount card, the man at the counter always seems confused and doesn't know what he's doing, they never have anything ready either .. when drs send over days before, and half the time things are not even in stock .. I changed pharmacies to rite aid, today was my last Straw with them

Whoever picked up my hundred dollars bills at Giant PLEASEEEE do the right thing and turn it over to customer service they have my name and number. . That's all the money i had. Please i asking you to return it to the customer service counter. Please do the right the right thing! You saw me drop it and pick it up. it's all I had to buy food . I will be looking at security cameras with police tomorrow. You have at least a day and a half to return before a report is made, and your image is all over the internet.

I have no choice to shop here . Is the only one close to my home and I really hate it. They never have nothing on the shelf and prices are extreme high for no reason.

I just moved to the area. Everything is going great except for the discovery that this is our local grocery store. In a word, this store sucks. It's small. It's cramped. It has lots of empty spots on the shelf. The prices are high. The selection is poor. And it feels vaguely dirty.

I went to the Giant Huntingdon Valley location just to try out their locker pickup. This was a really wonderful experience from start to finish. Using their website, I was able to find the items I needed quickly and efficiently. It was very user friendly. Seeing that you have to have $60.00 or more in groceries/items in order to utilize their delivery option, I noticed this particular location had refrigerated lockers for easy, fast pickup. Every item I ordered on the Giant website was perfectly selected by a Giant worker ~ no switching up items or getting groceries that were no where near what I was requesting! It was perfect. The quality of choices are great, the prices were very, very competitive and everything was bagged, refrigerated and so convenient, this will be my go to supermarket from now on!

Was in store today around 11:30 am, in the produce area there were three young employees two males (one wearing a red baseball hat)and a young woman clowning around, blocking isles, breaking open bags of salads and letting the contents spill out over the floor, burping and laughing. I’ve been shopping here since it was genuardi’s but recently the behavior of “young” staff is disheartening. There are plenty mature people looking for work who know the concept of customer service but giant seems to ignore them in terms of employment. There’s much to be improved in staffing!!!! Also open up more checkout lanes with baggers when needed to get shoppers in and out more quickly would be a big help. Also noticing shelving shortages but I guess that’s a “supply chain” issue(?)

Always out of items, even pre-Covid, just got much worse since!! A lot of unfriendly, rude staff!! Those stocking shelves always blocking isles or almost banging into me when on the move- many times I've had to come to a screeching halt or get hit...most never acknowledge I'm there, & they rarely try to move if blocking something I need. I've also had a lot of bad interactions with the guys who collect shopping carts...cutting me off, banging carts loudly startling me, standing around talking out in the parking lot - when returning my cart to collection spots, God forbid they walk a couple of steps to come get the cart from me since I'm disabled. Nope, I have to hobble all the way to them as they continue talking. Folks at the deli need to pay attention to how someone asks for their lunch-meats cut- if you ask for thin or shaved, that's what you should get...over & over, I don't. People working at the self checkout are usually nice - especially Alma!! She was so sweet & I overheard her helping an elderly woman with so much patience. Maybe the rest of their staff could take some instruction from her!!! If I didn't live so close, I definitely wouldn't be back to this location.
