Although i didnt get exactly what i wanted (showed a photo, explained i wanted to keep it lighter, and explained how i wanted it blowdried straight), i can understand my hair originally walking in was very difficult to work with. That being said Nazira was very friendly, very detailed about the service, and what issues could present itself even after service. As for the other stylist in the shop, the animosity towards my stylist was thick in the air. Nazira scheduled someone for Neka without i guess checking the books or talking to her so since it was a straightforward cut i let the client go ahead of me. I am also unclear but when i was at the sink with my toner i was given the impression that Neka was taking photo of the area i was seated at while i was their and this was done before the phone call she made, i can only assume to provide evidence of Nazira’s “uncleanliness”. Fast forward to when i was getting my cut, Neka made a phone call, i dont know who Neka was speaking with but while i was there on Nazira’s chair…Neka was talking angerly on the phone and cursing about Nazira’s mess up with scheduling a client as well as complain about Nazira’s lack of “cleanliness”. Very unprofessional especially most of all when clients are either on the stylist chair or in the salon in general. Neka was then snippy with Nazira after her call. Although the third stylist (Heather) was not verbally involved in any way, when i was being checked out…you could feel the animosity from Heather towards Nazira.

My son went in for a haircut tonight.He made the appointment online for 8:30pm. Hours are 9-9.He said the stylist was very rude to him and very rushed, asking him if he always makes hair appointments this late. He didn't realize she was being passive aggressive at first and just answered the question. He then realized by her attitude what she meant, she was annoyed that he was coming in at 8:30, even though that was an available appointment time online.At the end of the cut, she said, is it fine? My son said he wasn't happy with it but he said yes. She responded, I'm fine with it too.He said she then told him not to book appointments that late again.His cut is terrible and it bothers me that she treated him that way. He is a college student, technically an adult but I feel like she treated him that way b/c he was young and wouldn't go back at her.I never withhold tips but I certainly would have in that case.

walked in for my appointment and was asked if I had an appointment. The stylist began laughing and joking with another stylist about how she doesnt greet people walking in anymore. Both stylist continued to talk about how they wanted to hurry up and be out the door by 5pm. I walked out. Very rude and extremely unprofessional to talk that way in front of customers.

I just had my hair done at Hair Cuttery Feasterville, Pa, my hairstylist/colorist, Katie is awesome! She takes time & really cares & is working with my dry damaged hair & she always makes it look & feel so healthy
