Great nail salon! I’ve been going for about 3 years now and they do a great job. Just like any business issues can come up but they are 💯 committed to you having a good experience and will make it right if a situation should occur. Very clean and they are very friendly and kind!

Made an appointment for 1pm. Arrived on time. Sat in a chair for 15 minutes waiting for a tech to sit down. Finally asked how much longer and was told 5 to 10 more minutes. Starting an appointment 25 minutes late is ridiculous. So what's the point of making an appointment if it's gong to be the same as just walking in? To make it worse I accidentally left my stainless water bottle there when I walked out. All around crappy experience. Won't be trying to go there again.

Sherry started my nails and then halfway through applying the tips, a gentleman, who I think might be the owner, took over instead. Sherry was very nice and made me feel comfortable. I understand that they were busy and he had a lot to tend to at one time, I also don’t need small talk or pretend politeness, but his demeanor was incredibly rude. After he was done applying and filing the tips, I was looking at them and he asked me if they looked okay. I asked about one nail, and he said “I’ve been doing this for 17 years”. I never questioned his quality of work, just asked a question, and judging by his tone, was upset with my one question that I never contradicted the answer to. Throughout the entire time he did my nails, he was rude, abrupt, and arrogant.
The whole environment was uncomfortable, and nerve racking - especially since I hadn’t done this in so long and was really looking forward to it. Sherry finished with clipping my cuticles (at the end of the process instead of the beginning?) and putting oil and lotion on. She was only nice part of the entire experience.
Price and quality are good, but I’d rather pay more to feel comfortable and welcomed, especially when this should be a relaxing time for a client.

I usually go to a different salon, but I wasn’t able to get an appointment when I needed one. 2 of my neighbors recommended Kathy’s nails. I was able to come in right away and received the most beautiful clean, natural hot gel mani. The girls were all super sweet. Definitely making this my new go to salon. Highly recommend!!

Loved the nails today, honestly I was worried at first because I don’t really get my nails done in nail places but this place really outdid themselves! The acrylic set was done by Cindy! She was super attentive to detail and I really appreciated her making sure she got it down perfectly.

I normally don’t do reviews but I was VERY dissatisfied! I have only been here a few times and loved it each time until my last time. When I walked in I already had acrylics on I asked for a removal and a new full set. Helen had a complete attitude about taking off my acrylics since they were so “long” and had designs. She was making jokes and laughing the entire time. I don’t think she realized myself that I speak their language . I couldn’t believe so of the things that she was saying about me it was DISGUSTING! Also as she was making jokes and complaining about doing them she was ripping off my acrylics off of my nails and it hurt so badly!The other workers were just looking at me and laughing I have never felt so uncomfortable. When it came to the end I ended up not liking my nails and when I came up to the front they total be the price and did not give me the exact change back. Unfortunately I wanted to like this place so bad but I won’t be coming back again
