I love my mobility scooter and yes it have arms my husband took them off so he can break it down to put in my car and it breaks down 3 pieces so it can fit in your and the speed on it is amazing I love it

Extremely disappointed with this company. My daughter who is disabled fell out of gait trainer due to bottom piece breaking off even when locked. I called and have waited mons for appointment to fix. No show or call on Appointment day. Called 3 times and no response. Horrible!!!!
