“This particular post office takes me back to a simpler time. It’s a very small old fashion post office. It closes for lunch between 12:30pm-1pm. It’s basically run my one person who is very knowledgeable and friendly. The post office boxes are the old fashion style with a small glass window and a combination dial. The parking is decent and it’s never busy. I would highly recommend this location.”

“OMG!!!!! This United States Post Office in Palmyra, NJ was sooooo on point!!!!! YES!!!! It was a bit busy but, Spencer, was handling and doing things to keep the customers moving!!! NOPE, don't know him but do LOVE the U.S. Postal service that we were provided today!!!!! YES!!!! Give Spencer, probably a long over due raise! It's clean inside, lots of information as soon as you walk in the door but I would recommend leave the inside closed door to the postal cashiers open for even air flow (just my opinion). I was in and out within minutes because while Spencer was working customer issues he acknowledged that I and others customers were waiting, called us over to keep us moving while he was multitasking to resolve another customer's issue. AWESOME JOB "Spencer" on a Saturday morning!!!Thank you Palmyra, NJ United States Post Office on a JOB and CUSTOMER service well done!!!!!YES!!!!! I do recommend this post office to my family, friends and, NOW, the World too!!!!!”

“I was in need of bulk mail stamps as Doylestown was out so I stopped here. Tia was at the counter as well as another postal employee and Tua was so friendly and welcoming! Although they don't carry bulk mail stamps, she had called Upper Southampton post office for me and she was able to get someone on the phone who was able to give us an answer. Not all usps employees are like Tia, she took time out to get an answer for me and I truly appreciated that! Tia and Holly from the Jamison post office should be in charge of training other counter usps employees on proper customer service etiquette!”

“This place has everything a regular PO has, and more. lots of priority mail boxes, different sizes, if you need one. I've never experienced a line here and the guys here are always pleasant, smiling, and doing a good job. They're never shut down for no apparent reason like the PO in my zip code and I never feel aggravated (Philly post offices can be horrible!) it's a relief to find a good PO, I appreciate it soooo much.”

“Hi,I wanted to let you know Francis did a great job for me last Feb 7, 2024. I was sent a package from Moldova. ( RB460007157MD ) It took from Jan 9 to Jan 12 to get to Queens, NY. From there it went to St Louis then Kansas, from there it disappeared for 10 Days. I called your Southampton Branch and was told there was nothing that could be done. Wait the correct number of days and file a claim. (This was after the correct days required. but your system would not let me file the claim) again I was told nothing could be done.Then It showed up in Phila and I figured it was found. Not so lucky, it started doing a round robin from Phila to Scranton then Lehigh valley and Back to Phila for another go round. I tried your Southampton office again and got Francis on the line, he looked it up said it was probably missing a bar code and immediately sent an email to the last 3 sort centers, The package was delivered the next day.Thank-you Francis”

“Went recently for our passport applications and we had absolutely no issues. I’m assuming some of the other reviews are just outdated or exaggerated. The staff was very nice and had us in and out in about 15 minutes.If you want your passport application to go smoothly, be prepared! You can fill out your forms electronically on the US government passport website and have it printed out before arriving. Also, make sure you have all of the identification paperwork needed and make copies (front and back) to save yourself and the employees time. Don’t show up unorganized and missing items, it’s unnecessary wasted time.Also, book an appointment for your visit. Trust me, you can think ahead and do this step. You’re going to help yourself a ton.Like I said, people who had a bad experience must have been people who showed up without an appointment, had to wait (understandably), and/or came unprepared. The employees doing the passports are the same ones running the main desk so they’re doing double duty. The least you can do is come prepared and make all of your lives easier.”

“This is not a full sized commercial post office. I missed a delivery and was directed on the USPS slip to come here and pick up a package. I arrived around 2pm on Saturday. “Mehul is the best. I've been here twice and he's assisted me both times. He is friendly, efficient and knows his stuff. When I walked in the second time, there was six of us waiting and the line was out the door. He got us all out in 10 minutes. All we did was talk about how kindly he treated us and he wasted no time in getting the job done. He also did not get upset with me when I asked him to get a priority mail envelope for me and also waited for me to package it, even if it only took two minutes. He's patient and also informed me of my barcode that was dark between the lines, making it hard to read. However, he manually entered it in and still made it work. I appreciate Mehul for his work. I like it here. 10/10. And there's a parking lot and a ramp for those who are unable to make it up the stairs. Nice neighborhood as well.”

“Don't know what the complaints are all about. The regular guy who mans it is a VERY conscientious and thorough worker. He is also pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable.As it is an adjunct to the main Abington PO, it apparently opens occasionally after 8 AM due to needs at the former. In fact, it states so explicitly on the front door.I prefer going there compared to the other local POs, but there are plenty of alternatives (within a mile or so), if you have a gripe. I use this PO several times a week.”

I ship pretty often and have come here frequently since moving to the area and I’ve never had a problem with this post office, even when asking the staff some pretty stupid questions. Always helpful and courteous people working here that get the job done efficiently. No complaints.”
“I live near the bustleton location but I take the extra time to come to this location. This location is fully stocked with the proper labeling and pens! The clerk Shane deserves a raise! Shane had excellent customer service and was very welcoming. I highly recommend this particular post office.”
