Not competent workers. Waste of time

I visited this bank branch because my debit card details were stolen after using their ATM inside the branch, and money was illegally withdrawn from my account. However, the staff refused to help me because their workday was ending in two minutes, and resolving my issue could take longer. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service, and unfortunately, it’s not the first time I’ve experienced such treatment here.

I worked with Alena for a wire transfer transaction, and she was incredibly gracious, professional and helpful. I was the annoying customer ensuring everything was moving along smoothly by calling everyday, and triple checking details. Alena never lost her cool, and remained poised throughout the whole process. She was excellent!
