I worked with Alena for a wire transfer transaction, and she was incredibly gracious, professional and helpful. I was the annoying customer ensuring everything was moving along smoothly by calling everyday, and triple checking details. Alena never lost her cool, and remained poised throughout the whole process. She was excellent!

Worst banking franchise I've ever dealt with. I opened an account, gave cash to the associate that helped me open the account, and deposited some cash through the ATM machine. I got my receipt showing my updated balance, but the receipt was useless and so is this bank. The app, and my account, don't show any of the money I put into the ATM. Considering I was looking to pay bills today, and cannot use the funds that I put into the ATM, I'll be under the $100 minimum. When I called customer service, they told me that there's nothing that they'll do to help release access to the cash I deposited because "it's a new account." When I asked them to waive the $15 free for having a balance below $100, I was told that they won't make any promises - when speaking to a SUPERVISOR. This is not only shady, but is extremely unethical. I'm going to incur fees from a bank I just walked into TODAY. I will be closing out my account on Monday and going to Citizen's Bank or a credit union.

Dan and the team over here are absolutely fantastic! Quick to resolve problems, easy to deal with and there's always a great atmosphere whenever I come in to make deposits. Keep it up guys, you're my favorite branch!
