I wish I could give this place zero stars. The pharmacy staff is disorganized, rude, and unwilling to extend even the tiniest slice of customer service. Do not under any circumstances expect them to call your insurance company, follow up on preauthorizations , answer the phone or expedite any transaction in an efficient manner. Also pack a lunch as the line is always 10 deep.

if I could give this Rite Aid pharmacy 0 I would. Not only are they super ignorant and take forever. They literally refuse to answer their phones. The blonde older lady pharmacist is the nastiest person I've ever dealt with. She is unprofessional, smug (goodness knows why) and treats. Customers like garbage. The pharmacies behavior is so odd, especially with not answering their phones that other Rite Aid pharmacies said they never even heard of a pharmacy not answering calls. They don't fill your prescriptions in a timely matter, and will not even call you When your prescriptions are ready. do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

If I could give the pharmacy at this location a negative rating I would. It is the most mismanaged, least customer service oriented pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They are slow, they never pick up the phone, and inventory control is absolutely terrible. Store management doesnt seem to care either.

I went for my Covid shot and they were not organized at all. They had one pharmacist doing the shots and trying to fill the prescriptions. People trying to get shots were there for over an hour, and were given a small waiting room-with chairs NOT 6ft apart- to sit in. Being that the 1a group has underlying health issues, this was very negligent of the store. The management needs to make sure the pharmacist has help so that people waiting to get shots aren't in this public place for an hour+. Additionally, I have yet to get notice of when my second shot is supposed to be. (My first was 3 days ago). I called the store- no answer (no surprise there). I have friends that went to Rite Aids in Langhorne and Ambler, and they were notified of their 2nd shot in less than 24 hours. This store, at least the pharmacy/Covid shot area, is poorly managed. If I didn't have to return their for my second shot, I wouldn't. I certainly would not trust them to fill my prescriptions. That poor pharmacist looked very harried and stressed!

I like this store. It is relatively new, is 24 hours, and the employees are friendly. I almost always find what I am looking for here.

Stopped at rite aid tonight it was close to the other 2 stops I needed to make tonight. I went in rite aid the store was clean and organized I had no difficulty finding the things I was looking for. The only thing that made me angry was I was standing in line for 10 minutes waiting for the cashier. Where oh where can they be. I feel they need to have more cashiers I shouldn't have to waste time standing in line. I wanted to be in and out but it didnt happen. I gave my review 3 stars for that
