My fiance went in on a Thursday while I was getting my haircut and unknowingly to me, paid $200 towards the electric bill. On saturday, I made a full payment online. When I told me fiance, she informed me that she already made a cash payment. However , it was not reflecting on the bill. Called the corporate office and they said they had no record of it but asked for a receipt. The lady said there was nothing she could do. (There has to be a camera or something)...For some reason tho, they never offered my fiance a receipt when she made the payment. Seems really shady. Idk who to contact to get the money back or applied to the account properly. Please help!
