“Raystown Ford is one of the friendliest service garages. Very knowledgeable in taking my car there. As a single woman, I feel safe that I won’t be taken advantage of with my limited knowledge. But I want to say that you have a very professional knowledgeable ladyworking there by the name of Gaby. She runs the service department and the men give her all the credit as to how smoothly it runs. When she wasn’t there they were a bit lost. I hope the management is aware of her abilities that keeps Raystown Ford one of the most popular places for car maintenance.”

“I was looking for a custom size mirror to fit a door. Tom quoted me a very fair price for 1/4" glass mirror and I quickly accepted. He said it would be ready the next day. WHAT? REALLY?However... in less than 2 hours he called me and said it was ready for pick up! PLUS... he gave me pointers and had all the things I needed to mount it to the door. Clips and Mirror mastic. Then, plan to laugh until your cheeks hurt! This Marine Veteran is a wealth of knowledge and a lot of fun! Thanks Tom!”
“Diesel Doctor was absolutely amazing. My powerstroke broke down while at raystown. I am very handy, but after replacing the computer, CPS, and going through a litany of tests, still no start. I was at wits end, and called Diesel Doc. He spent time on the phone with me talking through diagnostics, and helped direct me a bit. I ended up being able to find the issue (frayed connector on IPR valve) but still had a no start. He drove over to the campground where we were, and ran the scanner on the truck to help ensure the HPOP was still good, and then helped me get it started and squared away, and diagnosed a few other minor issues for me. He saved me a ton on not having to tow it, and my RV. Will definitely use his services again!!!!”

“I have a 2007 Suzuki that I needed to drive to Cleveland, and I asked that they look it over and be sure it was road-worthy for this senior citizen to drive all that way by herself. “I know this is a crazy review to write, but legit this guy and his shop kept my family’s cars on the road for SO long. I don’t agree with the guy’s politics but I absolutely cannot argue with like 2 decades of evidence of his skills. I’m literally writing this review because someone in PA asked if I knew of anyone that could save their car and this was the only shop that I could recommend. Uhhh also if you’re reading this, Chris, sorry if some guy comes asking for help with a mess of a Kia ?”
