I went there looking for a fuse for the car. Who would have thought that fuses got complicated. I asked Doug at the counter what fuse I needed. We went out to the car, and we figured where the fuse was. Doug went to work he got the fuse box open, which wasn't easy. He found the fuse. It was definitely blown. We went to the store and got the correct fuse. After the transaction without being asked, he went out and installed the fuse, put the car back together, and we tested the fuse. I forgot to mention that he did all this in the rain. I would definitely recommend this AutoZone, excellent service. Doug was fantastic.

This is the best AutoZone I have ever been in, every employee there is so knowledgeable and willing to help. Had advance try running me to 3 different stores to get an alternator, but AutoZone had 2 in stock and said if I wanted a higher quality one they could have it in the next day. One of the managers even carried it out to my car for me. I will be calling them for any future questions or parts that I might need.

Always willing to help. Employees turnover, but management is very aware of your needs, and they do the extra to take care of the customer. Often helping several at once with phones ringing and still quick to assist in helping customers outside in the cold fir batteries, wipers etc...everyday
