The Ladies are always the kindest whenever I go to the bank. My problem is being able to talk to someone over the phone. when you call the phone number you are sent to a automated system that literally does everything but send you to your local branch. its a nightmare

The tellers are so friendly. The only thing I dont like, is how it went to automated when you call.
